Engle Homes is a NASDAQ listed company that has been building homes for over 25 years. Although they are based in Boca Raton, Florida, they have extensive home buildings in Georgia, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina and Arizona. Here in the Valley, Engle has been involved in developing more than 30 separate communities. Their consistent top-five ranking in J. D. Power's survey over the past several years has made them a highly sought after homebuilder for many new communities coming on line here in the valley.
In 2004, they introduced their first age-qualified master-planned community, Province, located in the town of Maricopa, just southwest of the Valley.
