Panorama Point by Woodside Homes
Panorama Point was developed by the Woodside Homes, one of the top 50 builders in the entire country. The community is located North of McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and East of Thompson Peak Parkway and one of the more popular features of the community is the close proximity to the community pool, spa and tennis courts which are part of the Paradise Lane Community Center recreational complex.
They are within easy walking distance and are actually accessible via the MMR trail system which effectively eliminates the need to cross any roads on the way and thus creates an opportunity for children to reach the site without concern for traffic dangers.
Another nice feature of the community is the fact that some of the streets border generous wash areas and that properties with balconies offer gorgeous mountain and city light views.
In April of 1998, which is the date of the earliest builder price list that I have in my files, the pricing began at $160,990 for the 1,542 square foot Mesquite model. At present, prices range from around $300,000 to over $400,000 with the highest values going to those homes with the most attractive settings and views.
There were five different models ranging in size from 1,542 square feet to 2,711 square feet and offering 3 to 5 bedrooms with either 2 or 3 car garages. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options.
